1982 Activision Starmaster Greatest American Hero Contest
Before the debut of TGAH's 3rd season, video game company Activision ran a contest featuring their new Starmaster video game for the Atari 2600 game system. Potential high scores were to be photographed off of the television screen and sent in for judging. The high scores in six age catagories would be flown to California to visit the set of TGAH and meet the cast, plus the winners would all be featured in a upcoming episode. The contestants with the next top 200 scores would be sent a Activision Greatest American Hero t-shirt.
